Changes to a child's transportation, due to residential relocation, or change of a consistent care provider, can be made only by submitting a Transportation Location Change Request Form. School administration will no longer authorize notes from a parent or guardian to have a child ride a bus other than the one to which he or she has been assigned. Children will be required to ride the bus to which they have been assigned.Changes in service will not take place until schools, drivers and parents are all notified.
